BLACK HISTORY MONTH

BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Black History Month is celebrated every start of February—the perfect time to honor the achievements of African Americans. 🖤 When it comes to innovation, resilience, and brilliance, African American women have left an unforgettable mark. 💪

Did you know that Marie Van Brittan Brown 🏠🔒 co-invented the first home security system in 1966? Her design paved the way for the surveillance technology we rely on today! And if you’ve ever used caller ID or call waiting 📞📡, you can thank Shirley Ann Jackson, a pioneering physicist whose telecommunications research shaped modern communication.

On the court, Althea Gibson 🎾🏆 broke barriers as the first Black woman to win a Grand Slam title, proving that talent knows no bounds. And when it comes to space, Katherine Johnson 🚀🔢, a NASA mathematician, calculated trajectories for historic missions, including the Apollo moon landing. Without her brilliance, astronauts might not have made it home!

These women, and so many more, remind us that vision and perseverance lead to greatness. At Squeem, we celebrate all women who shape history and redefine possibilities. To our incredible fans—stand tall, embrace your journey, and take pride in the legacy you’re creating every day. 🌟
