National Business Women's Week

National Business Women's Week
Each October, the U.S. celebrates National Business Women’s Week (NBWW) during the third full week, shining a spotlight on the vital role women play in the business world. It's a time to recognize the incredible progress women have made as leaders, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers across industries. 🌟

Did you know that in 2021, the United States ranked as the top country in the world for supporting female entrepreneurship? Women own over 14 million small businesses, representing nearly 40% of all businesses nationwide. These women-owned enterprises generate an astounding $2.7 trillion in annual revenue and employ approximately 12.2 million people. 💰

NBWW was first established in 1928 by the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs to honor women making strides in the business world and workforce. Today, it serves as a reminder of how far we’ve come in the pursuit of gender equality and the importance of supporting women in their businesses and careers. ✨

This week isn’t just about celebration—it's a call to action! Let’s encourage women to mentor, support, and inspire one another. Together, we can build a business world where women thrive and lead. 💪

At Squeem, we stand by these values, empowering women to feel strong and ready to take on the world. Just as women shape the business landscape, we believe in helping them feel their best while doing it. 💖
